The terms below apply to bespoke CGI and architectural visualisation engagements with Architectural Visualisations London unless a signed proposal, contract, or statement of work says otherwise.
Quotes and scope
All work is quoted after reviewing the brief, drawings, required views, output formats, timing, accuracy level, and project context. A quote is not accepted until confirmed in writing. Any change to view count, design information, deadline, accuracy requirement, animation length, or deliverable format may require a revised quote.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate drawings, models, references, photography, survey data, planning requirements, brand material, and deadlines. You must also confirm that you have the right to share supplied material with us for the purpose of quoting and delivering the project.
Accuracy and planning use
Illustrative CGI is not the same as verified visual evidence. If a project requires verified views, AVRs, LVIA support, or a specific methodology, that requirement must be stated before work begins. Visualisations do not guarantee planning approval, sales performance, committee outcome, or investor response.
Revisions
Revision allowances are defined in the accepted quote. Revisions cover reasonable refinements to agreed views. Major design changes, new camera angles, missing information, late specification changes, or additional deliverables may be treated as extra work.
Timelines
Delivery dates depend on prompt receipt of information, client feedback, and approvals. We will use reasonable care to meet agreed deadlines, but we are not responsible for delay caused by incomplete inputs, late changes, third-party approvals, or events outside our control.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposit requirements, payment milestones, and due dates are set out in the quote or invoice. Final high-resolution files may be withheld until agreed payments are received. Late payment may pause current work or delay delivery.
Intellectual property and use
Unless otherwise agreed, you may use final paid-for deliverables for the project purposes stated in the brief, such as planning submission, presentation, website, brochure, or sales material. Working files, scene files, model setups, and production methods remain our property unless specifically licensed or transferred in writing.
Portfolio use and confidentiality
We will not publish confidential work before public release where confidentiality has been agreed in writing. If no restriction is agreed, we may request permission to show selected finished work in a portfolio. Sensitive planning, private-client, or pre-launch material should be identified before commissioning.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, unless liability cannot legally be limited. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, planning refusal, delay by third parties, or decisions made from inaccurate information supplied to us.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work begins, fees may be due for work completed, committed production time, third-party costs, and any agreed non-refundable deposit. We will provide a reasonable summary of completed work on request.
Governing law
The terms above are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless another dispute process is agreed in writing.
